Abstract

The binder recipe for running Parflow in JupyterHub. This is designed to work with the subset.cuahsi.org web application.

To launch with a domain from subset.cuahsi.org, invoke:

Parflow Example using Binder

This resource contains the data necessary to run Parflow in the MyBinder compute cloud. To test with real data, go to subset.cuahsi.org.

Sanity Check

To test that everything is working properly execute notebooks/sanity-check.ipynb. To run the Parflow simulation, open a bash terminal and execute:

tclsh simulation.tcl
